Refund policy

At Berserk, each garment is thoughtfully designed to fulfil your needs and go beyond your expectations. If we ever miss the mark, we are dedicated to setting things right. We happily accept returns and sincerely value your feedback, as it helps us continuously improve our work and maintain the quality you deserve.

Size Exchange Policy

You may exchange a size of the same product only if its available in stock within 24 of receiving your order.

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to remain eligible for a return or exchange. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered.

Additionally, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.

Reverse Pickup Process

The cost of any exchange request is between ₹79 to ₹100 depending on your pincode , which will be deducted from your refund.

Once you have made the return request, a carrier will pick up your package at the address where you placed the order within 24-48 hours.

You don't need to print any return label, the courier will bring it with them.

Note: If your reverse pickup is not completed within 24-48 hours of approval, please reach out to us so we can reinitiate the request with our courier partners. In some areas, pickup delays are beyond our control, and we may need to follow up to ensure the process is completed. 

If we are not informed and the 24 hour return/exchange window expires, we may be unable to process your request.

Refund Amount Policy

There are no cancellations or refunds available if we have already processed your order. If you have paid partially and do not want the product - there will be no refund offered in this case.

If there is a damaged item or lost item - A Video unboxing of the entire package including the seal sticker (on the outside parcel) is mandatory for placing a damaged or lost item request.

Note: You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is initiated. It typically takes 24–48 hours to reflect in your account. Refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method.
